Stand for Justice

Stand With Those Defending Human Rights

There are many ways to support Cristosal’s work and stand alongside communities, victims, and defenders seeking justice across Central America. Whether through learning, collaboration, sharing knowledge, or direct engagement, your involvement helps strengthen the defense of human rights in the region.

Deepen Understanding and Collaboration

Human rights work is strengthened when institutions, researchers, advocates, and communities learn from one another. Cristosal collaborates with academic institutions, civil society organizations, foundations, and partners interested in understanding the dynamics shaping democracy, security, and human rights in Central America.

You can support this work by inviting Cristosal to speak in your institution, classroom, organization, or community space — or by sharing our research, reports, and analysis with colleagues and networks. These conversations explore the realities of defending rights under pressure, the patterns of abuse emerging across the region, and the evidence informing accountability efforts. Hosting a briefing or small gathering can also create space to engage more deeply with the realities shaping the region

We welcome opportunities for deeper engagement through cross-border and cross-sector collaboration. Partners may visit our teams in Guatemala or Honduras to better understand the regional context, our investigative and legal work, and the communities and movements seeking justice. We also welcome introductions to partners, institutions, and funders interested in supporting human rights, democratic governance, and accountability in Central America.
