Fatima has a Master’s degree in Sociology with a specialization in social demography. She is the Director of the Education program at Cristosal and has experience in human rights, democracy and sustainable development, as well as qualitative data management and community-based, intercultural, youth and rural women’s groups in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic and Colombia. Fatima is passionate about teaching and constant learning and is always surrounded by teachers and educators in her personal life. She is the daughter of a teacher and a teacher; sister of a teacher; and wife of a teacher.
