Estas acciones forman parte del intento de la fiscal\u00eda por excluir al partido Semilla de la segunda vuelta electoral. El segundo puesto obtenido por Bernardo Ar\u00e9valo, candidato del partido anticorrupci\u00f3n Semilla, fue una completa sorpresa en la primera vuelta. Las acciones de la fiscal\u00eda han provocado cr\u00edticas de la comunidad internacional, ya que est\u00e1n sumiendo a la democracia guatemalteca en el caos a tan solo un mes de las elecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los controles y equilibrios en el ejercicio del poder y el respeto a la voluntad popular son fundamentales para la democracia. El Ministerio P\u00fablico debe acatar la orden del Tribunal Constitucional. El proceso electoral debe continuar \u00edntegramente y sin presiones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cristosal insta al Estado de Guatemala a evitar la injerencia pol\u00edtica y a preservar la integridad del proceso electoral.
