Many times over the last year, when I was feeling scared or despondent during the pandemic and challenges to U.S. democracy, I would receive an update from my Cristosal colleagues.

Hearing how our Central American compañeros and compañeras were creatively meeting their challenges and maintained hope, despite greater challenges, gave me inspiration to fight for human rights democracy both in Central America and here in the U.S. Thank you for being part of our growing community of hope.
