Kathy Veit,

Board Member

Kathy first encountered Cristosal in 2007 on her first trip to El Salvador and joined the board in 2017. She has worked in development and communications for almost 30 years at Stanford University, where she currently serves as Managing Director of Principal Gifts. She has volunteered for a number of organizations, including the Stanford QSpot Community Center Board, the Vestry of the Episcopal Church of St. John the Evangelist (San Francisco), the Immigrant and Refugee Action Group of All Saints’ Episcopal Church (Palo Alto), and the Partnership Commission of the Episcopal Diocese of El Camino Real (CA). Kathy holds a BA from New York University and an MA from Stanford University, both in classics.
