Scott is Director of the Interdisciplinary Studies program at the University of New Orleans. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a Ph.D. in Latin American Studies from Tulane University. He has lived, worked, and studied in Mexico, Peru, and Costa Rica. Scott joined the Cristosal board in 2017.
