Alessandra is a changemaker and social impact professional. With almost 10 years of experience managing projects and people in entrepreneurial, social impact-driven and results-based environments. Currently working as Social Impact, Senior Business Analyst at Unity Technologies and co-founder of Strategic Good, a social impact/innovation consulting firm. Her work has focused on partnering, teaching and consulting mission-driven organizations on social impact metrics, business model design, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She has experience managing high impact programs, particularly in the education and development sectors, creating and teaching curricula on social enterprise. She has managed youth empowerment programs focused on leadership, social entrepreneurship and human-centered design. Alessandra holds a B.S. in Business from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s in Social Enterprise from American University.
